About Rechell Hernandez…
I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1997 having studied Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree at the Silliman University, Philippines.
My experience in Health & Social Care spans over 27 years, in a variety of care management roles, and I also hold a Registered Manager’s award.
I have a real enthusiasm for clinical practice, as well as a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. My passion helps ensure Manor Barn is an efficient and successful care home, delivering quality care services. I get to know all of our residents on a one to one basis, supporting strong and positive relationships so that they feel comfortable and safe with myself and the care team; they are a part of the Manor Barn family. I love to bring everyone together – residents, relatives, resident’s friends, staff and our health partners.
I am committed to supporting our care team and ensuring they are able to achieve their goals and ambitions for the future. I truly believe that everyone within our home is equally integral to achieving outstanding care.
